Roster Byte provides fantasy-football listening, organization, and research tools. You may use the service only lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users, providers, or the service itself.
Roster Byte is informational and entertainment software. It does not provide financial, legal, medical, betting, or guaranteed fantasy-sports advice. You remain responsible for lineup and roster decisions.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and notify us if you believe it has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.
You may close your account at any time through the permanent deletion control in the app or through the public account-deletion page.
Third-party services and content
Roster Byte may connect to Apple, Google, Sleeper, Yahoo, podcast publishers, and other services you choose. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers. You must have permission to connect any account or roster you submit.
Podcast audio, show names, artwork, trademarks, statistics, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. Roster Byte does not grant you rights to copy or redistribute that material outside the product features offered to you.
Free service and future paid features
Roster Byte is currently offered free. We may offer optional paid features or subscriptions later. Any price, renewal period, included benefits, cancellation method, and additional purchase terms will be shown before you agree to pay. We will not convert a free account into a paid account without your affirmative purchase.
Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, or end, and third-party data may be delayed or unavailable. We work to keep Roster Byte accurate and reliable but do not promise uninterrupted service or that every clip, transcript, statistic, or recommendation is complete or error-free.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, rights holders, or the service; to address unlawful or abusive use; or to comply with law. When practical, we will give notice and a chance to correct the issue.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Roster Byte is provided “as is” without implied guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be waived. Belmore Cove, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the service or reliance on third-party content.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
